ShoSho weekends just got a little more extravagant.
We’ve introduced a new lunch-only menu, available Saturdays and Sundays, that celebrates oysters, caviar and champagne, all with that signature ShoSho flair.
Order oysters by the dozen, topped six ways:
- Tosazu & chive
- Sake & yuzu granita, lemon zest
- Umeshu jelly, plum vinegar
- Wasabi sour cream, Yarra Valley caviar
- Tempura, smoked miso cream, green oil
- Grilled bacon XO
Pair it with a premium tin of Kaviari’s Caviar and sip your way through a fizz list with range: from local prosecco to serious Champagne - bottles for the fun, the fancy, and everything in between. The bubbles list will be rotating, with some special bottle being available by the glass for limited time.
These not-your-average oyster toppings are exclusive to weekend lunch and only available until sold out. ShoSho’s à la carte menu is still on offer, so you can mix, match and make it your own.
