Lunch is served à la carte. Dinner unfolds as a premium 5 or 6 course experience, designed for lingering, sharing and celebration.
The Five Course is all elegance and balance - pristine raw dishes, delicate tempura, signature dumplings, silk-smooth udon, and a chargrilled porterhouse finale. Finished with matcha mousse, white chocolate and yuzu meringue.
The Six Course is the full expression - oysters, sashimi, wagyu tartare, scallops, dumplings, crab udon, and a showpiece 9+ Wagyu scotch fillet main followed by a matcha dessert. Rich, layered, and unapologetically indulgent.
